Demand Generation Manager

We are seeking an experienced marketing systems expert to join our marketing team as a Demand Generation Manager. As a Demand Generation Manager, you'll drive end-to-end campaigns, boost full-funnel demand, and influence deals within our organization.


  • Create, optimize, and analyze end to end campaigns including digital and physical channels.
  • Create customized experiences using various digital channels including Linkedin, Display, Facebook, and more.
  • Create landing page content with our sales teams to provide customized value statements for accounts in market.
  • Help create and deliver physical marketing campaigns, ranging from event ideation to direct mail.
  • Promote our in-house content to relevant audiences around the world.
  • Work with salespeople, field marketers and other members of the team to help Plixer grow in important sectors.
  • Take a deep-dive into campaign metrics to truly assess their impact down the funnel.
  • Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance and deliver weekly campaign performance briefs to Demand Gen and Product Marketing.
  • Collaborate with product marketing to build targeted campaigns and highlight resources throughout the entire buyer journey.
  • Partner with Sales to identify opportunities and maximize impact of marketing efforts.
  • Drive SEO, SEM, and ad campaigns to optimize program performance.

Qualifications & Experience

  • At least 6 years of work experience
  • 4-6 years of experience operating marketing lead/demand generation campaigns including webinars, email marketing, advertising campaigns, ABM, etc.
  • 2 or more years of experience working in HubSpot, Salesforce, and 6Sence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to influence others.
  • Strong understanding of salespeople’s motivations and how to work with them.
  • A passion for metrics and experience using data to guide decisions, programs and spend.
