Plixer introduces Plixer AI Assistant, and expands visibility into Zscaler Zero Trust exchange and container environments

The update expands visibility across Zero Trust, cloud environments, and inter-container flows, and introduces the Plixer AI Assistant, helping teams identify issues faster and with less human effort.
Visibility Into Encrypted Tunnels
With a commitment to deliver unmatched data ingestion, the latest release of Plixer One integrates with the Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange™ (ZTE) platform to ensure visibility into end-user traffic from every point of origin, through encrypted Zscaler tunnels, and throughout the data center and connected cloud environments. By integrating ZTE solutions and Plixer One, NetOps and SecOps teams gain a single cohesive source for multi-layered contextualized traffic visibility and reporting, along with enhanced defenses against indicators of compromise that threaten performance and security. The powerful combination unveils network monitoring blind spots commonly introduced with zero trust connectivity implementations, and leverages AI against flow data alongside enriched user traffic data and endpoint context from ZTE logs to accelerate network troubleshooting, ensure accuracy in threat detection, and drive more effective responsive measures to stop and neutralize threats.

What were once isolated data points are now transformed into meaningful insights, allowing Plixer One users to trace issues seamlessly between containerized workload services, across workloads in other clouds, and datacenter network paths – even when the container goes away. Plixer AI Assistant
To improve usability, the Plixer AI Assistant announced in June at Cisco Live, is now generally available within Plixer One.
