We are once again discussing the next trade shows that we will be attending in 2009. One of the topics that came up was NetFlow swag and the impact it has a drawing ‘you’ the consumer to our booth.
We have seen vendors give out money, t-shirts, pens, yo-yos, boomerangs, hats, mugs, flash lights, beer and even flying monkeys. The question is, does it work or does it just attract the infamous ‘collectors’ that roam about the trade show looking for free stuff to tuck into their goody bag.
