Are you looking for a Free NetFlow Forwarder or NetFlow Duplicator? Free options are not very flexible for most customers. Our Flow Replicator can do the job and it is free for evaluators.
Basically, it receives the UDP flow frames (NetFlow, IPFIX, sFlow, NetStream, jFlow, cflowd, etc.), changes the destination IP address while preserving the original source IP address and forwards the datagrams onto one or more destinations. It is a very useful utility for testing multiple collectors. It also helps customers get around the problem when the switch or router doesn’t forward NetFlow to more than one destination. The Flow Replicator is awesome for addressing this issue.
If you are using FlowPro and need to get the flows to multiple collectors, the Flow Replicator can help with the performance of the server because you can off load the duplication to another computer. It is pretty slick and very useful for application analysis.
I also want to mention again that Flexible NetFlow on Cisco routers allows you to configure unlimited exporters (i.e. more than just 2 destinations). This is a great way to replicate NetFlow . Anyway, the Flow Replicator runs as a virtual or hardware appliance and if you need help setting it up or need an appliance that can do this, we offer these services for a fee.
