|Service Level Management|
Ideal Service Levels necessary for a business to run efficiently vary in most organizations. Measurement tools need to be flexible enough to include parameters such as time of day monitoring. Lastly, we believe reporting must be equally as flexible and automated.
More Features:
| Gain the above information on devices and applications previously thought impossible | |
| Complements ITIL, Six Sigma and other emerging standards |
Benefits:
| Provides the information necessary to calculate forecasts | |
| Problem areas become very obvious | |
| On demand web reports when you need them most (i.e. in a meeting) |

Distributed Data Collection
Distributed application monitoring and latency reports using IP SLA technology. WebNM will leverage functionality on the existing routers and switches and empower them to act as distributed probes.
Our engineers will show you how to setup existing hardware to test for application availability and even measure the latency of critical applications that should respond within a predefined threshold.
The Scrutinizer NetFlow Analysis component ensures you can find out: who, what, where and when on any given link.
| Cisco IP SLA (formally SAA) Viewing data as seen from a central location is only partially beneficial. WebNM will work with your existing routers and switches (i.e. without deploying probes) to gather response time from multiple points around the network. In short, with WebNM we can use your existing Cisco routers to perform the following: |

SLA Reporting Templates
WebNM ships with a number of templates, making Service Level Reporting a snap. A single host can be polled once and be a member of multiple groups for reporting purposes. This is useful when reporting on branch offices, business units, specific customers or applications. Customizable date ranges, as well as all of our exclusions, are easily configured. Once the report is saved, it can be scheduled for generation and automatically emailed on a regular basis.

QoS - Transaction Latency - Service Level Reports
Ping latency reports are a staple deliverable. WebNM takes this a step further by supporting transaction monitoring and trends the latency to communicate with applications over time. If the response time rises above the acceptable QoS level, a notification is sent.
Use NetFlow to verify application availability and uptime
Leverage the NetFlow reports to help verify availability of the applications and services that your business depends on. WebNM's Scrutinizer allows you to verify application availability, while simultaneously letting you review traffic levels.
