|Enterprise Network Management|
WebNM is an IT management platform that provides scalable, resilient and reliable monitoring capabilities of any resource. These resources include, but are not limited to, servers, hosts, applications, databases and network devices and interfaces. When necessary, existing monitoring applications can be truly integrated where additional moves and changes are seamless.
The WebNM architecture allows for an extremely tight monitoring solution that provides for end-to-end service level measurement. Without installing "robots" on servers, WebNM monitors the critical areas of servers and network devices and reports on perceived anomalies. Even if the server is operating smoothly, the scheduled emailed reports keep you abreast of the health of all the servers. Our unique system calls require little-to-no resources on the managed devices that are being monitored.
Database monitoring is handled via synthetic transaction monitoring on almost any application on any operating system for example, querying a database table for a last name or logging into an application. No transaction has been too complex. What's more, we will archive the response of the collection enabling you to trend response times and availability over time.

Ideal Service Levels necessary for a business to run efficiently vary in most organizations. Measurement tools need to be flexible enough to include parameters such as time of day monitoring. Lastly, we believe reporting must be equally as flexible and automated.
WebNM web dashboards are unique to an individual's login. Specific reports on individuals or groups of devices are brought to the surface. Even 3rd party web interfaces can become part of the web-based dashboard.
The WebNM for VoIP (Voice over IP) solution monitors VoIP services from almost any vendor (e.g. Cisco, Nortel, Asterisk, Shortel, etc.) and notifies administrators for violations of the end-user's service level requirements. Devices monitored can include Cisco CallManager, gateways, Cisco IP and ATA Phones, routers and switches, servers, firewalls and more. All Cisco VoIP status data can be analyzed and displayed in graphical alarm dashboards, which can include performance reports and SLA compliance reports. The WebNM solution is not limited to SNMP, as WMI is supported as well.
Good network monitoring should begin with an understanding of what the needs are and a controlled auto-discovery, which finds network interfaces and the vital signs of necessary devices and servers. Not limited to SNMP, WebNM supports WMI, syslog, Event Log, SNMPv1, v2 and v3 traps, as well as other forms of messages. Graphical displays of the network are available geographically and departmentally. Notifications can take business hours into consideration and can be incrementally escalated to individuals or entire teams.
WebNM for server monitoring supports Linux, Windows and Unix. Staple monitoring of basic necessities include: availability, response time, CPU, memory, disk space, logs, etc. Windows services and processes can also be monitored. Easily assembled transactions empower WebNM to monitor almost any application. Once collected, all data is available for reporting via the console and the dashboards.

Scrutinizer provides historical trends of the company's critical network interfaces, as well as the details on:
| Who: The end system causing the traffic | |
| What: The application/protocol that is being used | |
| When: The time frame it has been occurring for | |
| Where: The network connection that is effected |
