Company Purchase Orders

In order to purchase software with a Purchase Order, the following requirements must be met:

	Must be a Corporate Purchase Order.
	Purchase order must have a "Bill to Address."
	Purchase order must have a Contact Person in Accounts Payable with phone number and e-mail address.
	Purchase order must have a "Ship to Address." No Post Office Box Numbers.
	Purchase order must have a valid Purchase Order Number and Signature of Approval.
	Purchase order must contain an e-mail address for both Technical/End User and Accounts Payable Department.
	Purchase orders approved by plixer International will be on Net 30 day terms. All Purchase orders must be paid within 30 days or late charges may apply.
	plixer International reserves the right not to extend payment terms and require Payment in Full before software and software licenses are released.

Product Returns

The following conditions must be met before any returns will be accepted or refunds will be issued.

	Product must be returned within 30 days.
	25% restocking fee applied to any returns.
	Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs.
