Plixer Tools 8.0
Posted in Denika, Logalot, Third Party Integration, WebNM on February 9th, 2010 by PaulOur development team has been working hard and we are pleased to announce the release of Plixer Tools 8.0.0. What’s Plixer Tools you ask? We’ve combined Denika, Logalot, WebNM, and Flowalyzer into a single installer to provide better integration with Scrutinizer.
Denika

Denika is a Windows® application used for monitoring and trending bandwidth usage to provide historical trends and real-time information on the status of network devices. It can be used to trend CPU, memory, hard drive space, sysUpTime, and any other SNMP OID, including non-SNMP variables. With this release we’ve also added CBQoS support.
Logalot

Logalot is a centralized log management system that collects event logs, syslogs and SNMP traps. Logalot then, based on policies setup by the user, takes the proper action to bring important events to your attention.
WebNM

WebNM is an IT management platform that provides scalable, resilient and reliable monitoring capabilities of any resource. These resources include, but are not limited to, servers, hosts, applications, databases and network devices and interfaces.
Flowalyzer
![]()
Flowalyzer is a free NetFlow and sFlow Tool Kit for testing and configuring hardware or software for sending and receiving NetFlow and sFlow data. Flowalyzer can help IT professionals troubleshoot hardware from vendors like Cisco and Enterasys, as well as NetFlow collector software, ensuring that whichever flow technology they use is configured properly on both ends.
The Plixer Tools installer allows users to seamlessly integrate these products with our newest version of Scrutinizer. I would recommend any users running older versions of these products to contact us as we are glad to help you with the upgrade.
