Community Outreach
We believe that giving back to the community has helped us grow. As a long-time business in the Maine Seacoast area, Plixer International, Inc. contributes significant time and resources to those organizations that make a positive impact to the region, as well as the people who live and work here.
Here are some of the organizations we've supported over the years:
| The Make-A-Wish Foundation | |
| The Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America | |
| Sweetser | |
| The Salvation Army | |
| The National MS Society | |
| Grahamtastic Connection | |
| American Cancer Society |
The Make-A-Wish Foundation
Since 1980, the Make-A-Wish Foundation® has given hope, strength and joy to children with life-threatening medical conditions. From their humble beginnings with one boy's wish to be a police officer, they've evolved into an organization that grants a child's wish in the U.S. every 40 minutes.
